“God’s Word to us is the greatest treasure.

If a man truly knows there is gold twenty feet beneath the earth that will provide riches to his family for endless generations, will he not dig up the earth with great vigor until he finds that glorious treasure, even if it will come by hard work and the sweat of his brow?”

About Sawyer

“The Bible was written in Greek and Hebrew. I love the Bible, so I love teaching the Church anything that will help her know God in Christ better.”

From his interview with BFC OneVoice, 2025

Sawyer teaches Biblical Hebrew to adults and to children as young as six, and he has been memorizing the whole of 2 Peter in Greek. When he isn’t working he is probably learning piano or, when the weather is good, gardening.
